For some people it may be because their anxiety was not treated properly in the first stage, it gradually gets converted into depression.
And in some people either the trigger ( which we will discuss in this article) goes away which automatically decreases the anxiety.

And in between these we will also know about the anxiety symptoms.
First of all, you see, if we ever go to another place or start something new, then our anxiety increases a lot, we start getting nervous, we don't know what will happen.
And it happens with all but the key point here is intensity; in some people it is very less, but in some it becomes so high that they are unable to sleep at night, they get nervous, they start vomiting, then this thing is anxiety.
There is a slight difference between excitement and Anxiety in this situation.
Then after that, one of the biggest issues that is in today's generation is relationship toxicity
You may want a strong relationship, but it’s not always true that the other person shares your definition of love.
If you're the only one trying to make it work, the relationship can become toxic, leading to anxiety. Either you both end it or figure out how to save it.
Another trigger is health concerns, where you worry about whether a problem will ever be cured or if it’s lifelong.
But we don’t even know if we’ll get our next breath.
yet we focus on such fears instead of appreciating life as it is.
Introverts, who prefer solitude and avoid social gatherings, may feel nervous around others.
This is normal at a mild level, but if it leads to symptoms like vomiting, nervousness, or sleeplessness, it’s anxiety.
Regardless of your triggers, the methods to address anxiety are the same.
Natural Treatment:
If we talk about the most natural ways to cope with anxiety then it would be:
Best to release the endorphin hormone which reduces stress.
When we exercise, our body releases this hormone, which can prove very helpful in relieving stress.
Scientists have proved that a good balanced diet can help prevent stress, as a lack of vitamins can also cause it.
So a good diet which is rich in iron, protein and vitamins keeps you away from stress to a great extent.
If you do yoga, practice mindfulness, meditate, meditation is a very good exercise for your mental health.
We know about exercise for physical health, but do you know about exercise for mental health?
That is meditation that can make the brain even stronger, then stress will not be seen anywhere.
Professional Help:
Some people fear being called "mad" if they do, as they often associate mental illness only with madness.
However, this stereotype needs to change.
As education grows, people will understand that anxiety and stress are not brain diseases,
but mental health issues that can heal over time. When you need help, it can come in various forms.
A doctor may talk with you to remove negative thoughts, instill positivity, or, in some cases, prescribe medication.
Identifying your triggers is key—the doctor may gradually expose you to them in a controlled environment to help you adapt.
And the trigger will go away for forever.
These ways can help eliminate anxiety, and when you need help, don't hesitate to seek it, no matter what others say.
You are responsible for your own mind.
TIP for Stress Relief:
Write a diary about your feelings, your day, and what you enjoy. Set life goals, love yourself, and do the things you love.
Whether you feel good or bad, doing something you enjoy can improve your mood over time.
And if any of your relatives or people whom you love have this anxiety issue, then definitely they will be
an over thinker too, so then you become a little bit of an over explainer.
